We ask that bookings are secured by a 25% credit card deposit. We accept all major credit cards, however Diners Club or American Express incurs a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with 21 days notice - no charge, 14-21 days - 1 night accommodation charged, under 14 days - the full amount of the booking is payable.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Check In And Check Out

Your apartment will be available at 2:00pm on the day of arrival. Check out by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Smoking

Our apartments are non-smoking, however smoking is allowed in open areas, courtyards and balconies.

Terms And Conditions

• With telephone, internet and postal bookings, the description of the premises is given in good faith but no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted. Each apartment is individually owned and therefore may be set up differently from another apartment.
• Breakages and losses must be reported to management and replaced or paid for immediately.
• Pets are not allowed on or about the premises.
• All keys must be returned to reception before departure.
• No responsibility is taken for occupant’s property left on the premises. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
